Choosing a case starts with the exact device model. A case made for a different iPhone or AirPods generation may not line up with the buttons, camera or charging case, even when it looks close in photos.
Find your iPhone model
- On your iPhone, open Settings > General > About.
- Read the Model Name, including Pro, Pro Max, Plus or Air where shown.
- On the AURA Glow MagSafe iPhone Case page, select that exact model in the Compatibility by Model menu before adding it to your cart.
The colour choice is separate from the fit. If your exact model is not listed, contact us before ordering rather than choosing the nearest size.
Find your AirPods model
Check the AirPods name in your iPhone’s Bluetooth settings or the model number on the charging case. Then select the matching option on the AURA Glow AirPods Case page. The menu includes separate choices for AirPods and AirPods Pro generations. The case is an accessory; AirPods and their charging case are not included.
How to get the most from the glow
Expose the luminous finish to sunlight or bright artificial light before moving into a darker space. The effect becomes more visible in the dark, then gradually fades and can be recharged with light. Its appearance can vary with the light it has absorbed, the surroundings and your screen settings.
Simple care
Remove your phone or AirPods charging case before cleaning the accessory. Wipe it with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners, harsh chemicals and excessive water. For more product and delivery details, see our FAQs.
